While coconut sugar has long been a staple for South East Asian culinary heritage and herbal medicine, the evolution of this traditional sweetener into a practical and easy to use sugar alternative heralds an exciting moment for consumers and the food & beverage industry.
The flavor? It's similar to a light brown sugar, but without the metallic finish that is typical in a cane sugar. It has wonderful notes of light butterscotch and caramel with a round smooth flavor curve. It really is luscious & delectable!

Amber: a rich and luscious liquid nectar that is the ultimate sweetener. This is the nectar that makes our granulated CocoCrystals™.
Vanilla: our Amber CocoNectar with a hint of Indonesian Vanilla to provide an aromatic and delectable experience.
Fleur de Sel: our Amber CocoNectar with a hint of Balinese sea salt. This is an incredible creation. It is like a liquid gourmet salt caramel that brings coconut palm sweeteners in a direction of pure gourmand. Perfect over any kind of food... or by the spoonful.
+Stevia™: our CocoNectar with just a hint of stevia leaf to offer a slightly higher note of sweetness than our traditional Amber nectar. This is another innovation by Sweet Tree that will bring coconut palm sweeteners to new levels of appreciation by the wider public.
Truly Raw: our Truly Raw CocoNectar is a cold processed coconut palm nectar. Our raw nectar never reaches temperatures that exceed 118°F, therefore, it retains it's natural milky white color and sweet milky flavor. You see, when the coconut palm nectar is collected from the trees, it comes out as a milky white color and turns a golden caramel color only after it is boiled to stabilize it and halt the fermentation process. Through our proprietary process, we are able to halt the fermentation and stabilize the nectar without cooking it - a feat that took over one year to achieve. As for the flavor, it is very soft and mild. Some people have described it as tasting like sweetened condensed milk. We prefer to call it liquid pearls. However you describe it, if you're looking for a truly cold processed alternative sweetener, you have found it.
Infused CocoCrystals™ - crystallized coconut palm nectar
The flavors are the same as our new CocoNectars, yet in a granulated form which means they have a lower moisture content.
